Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your access to and use of the Property Stalker platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.

Definitions

  • “Platform” — the Property Stalker website, mobile apps and services.
  • “Report” — a feasibility document generated by the Platform.
  • “Subscription” — a paid plan giving access to the Platform.
  • “You” — the individual or organisation using the Platform.

Account & eligibility

You must be at least 18 and use the Platform for business or professional purposes. You agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.

Subscription & billing

Pro subscriptions are £30 per month or £300 per year. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and are billed through our payment processor.

  • You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Fees are non-refundable for partial periods, except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing on reasonable notice, effective at your next renewal.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, bulk-export, resell or redistribute Platform data or Reports beyond your licence.
  • Reverse engineer, copy or create derivative versions of the Platform.
  • Use the Platform unlawfully or to infringe third-party rights.
  • Exceed reasonable usage volumes or interfere with Platform integrity or security.

Intellectual property

The Platform, its software and Report templates are owned by Property Stalker and its licensors. Your Subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform and the Reports you generate for your own business. Underlying public datasets remain subject to their respective source licences.

Data & confidentiality

Each party will protect the other’s confidential information. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to analyse the addresses and data you submit.

Disclaimers

Reports are provided for information only. They are a structured feasibility analysis — not a formal RICS valuation, planning consent, or financial or legal advice. Outputs are estimates based on available data and stated assumptions, and actual outcomes may differ. You should obtain independent professional advice before making decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the Platform is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, data or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

Termination

You may stop using the Platform and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms or where required by law. On termination your right to use the Platform ends; clauses that by nature should survive will continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
